For the ones who are coming between 9am & 3pm, there will be a welcoming team present in the airport and in the Midi Station to direct you to the hotel. You will recognise them easily!
In the station, they'll be waiting for you in the main hall next to platforms 5 & 6.
If you happen to arrive outside these hours, make sure you have the address of the hotel with you: from Brussels Midi station, it is just 10 min walk, and there are taxis waiting outside the station.
- The "welcome & registration" desk will be at the lobby of the Hotel Bedford. The registration desk will be open on Saturday, July 17th, from ... AM till ... PM & Sunday, July 18th, from ... AM till ... PM.
- Once registered, each delegate needs to "check in" (register) personally at the hotel reception desk. Official "check-in" opens at 3 PM (local time). For the possible early arrivals, rooms will be provided upon availability: first comes, first served. Luggage can be stored, at the reception desk. All attendees are expected to stay at the same hotel, queues might be expected, but room availability is guaranteed!
- The hotel rooms are equipped with a mini-bar, which will be empty, beverages are available at the hotel bar, during opening hours (variable).
- The hotel rooms do have a private telephone which will be only available for internal use (no outgoing lines).
- The possible consumptions used at the hotel bar needs to be paid at the bar, no credit, no invoicing on the room bill is accepted.
- All possible payments can be made in cash (local currency only: Euro) or by credit card (VISA, EC/MC and/or American Express). A cash withdrawal machine is available at walking distance from the hotel.
- In the hotel lobby WIFI is freely available. No internet connection available in the hotel rooms.
- Rooms need to be vacant, the day of departure, before 12 AM (local time).
